And we're back...

The contact info update went out last week - if anyone didn't get the e-mail just drop me a message and I'll send it to you.
Not content with moving everything last week we also decided , "What the heck, might as well throw a new car in the mix!". After an interesting negotiation - a story too long to post here - we pretty much got a steal of a price on a new 2004 Mazda 6 Sport Wagon (emphasis on the SPORT!). As for the truck - we sold it at auction a few weeks ago. Thanks to our great mechanic, who took it for us, and the "buy based on what you see" style of the auction we managed to get far more for it than if we had decided to try and trade it in ourselves. Surprisingly I haven't snapped a pic of the car yet - but when I do I'll post it here.
Last, but not least, we had some unfortunate news last week as well. My great-grandmother, Betty Evans, passed away last week after a brief stint in hospital following a fall. At 96 she'd certainly lived a long full life and even became a great-great grandmother last year. She's going to be missed - but considering she was 70 the year I was born we've certainly all gotten a lot more time with her than most people do their great-grandmothers - if they even ever had the chance to meet their's.
The silver lining to a funeral is the opportunity to see relatives you rarely see, and of course share some great stories about the person's life. So although we were gathered for a sad occasion we had some great moments with the extended family all in one spot again.
In baby news, we've got our first pre-natal class this week so more updates to follow soon.
